We often rescue animals who are in need of permanent homes. Before we do this, we will put them in a safe foster space, to ensure they get all the care and medical attention they need to be ready for their future home. We have a lot of cats/kittens in foster from our TNR (Trap, Neuter, Release) days - if the cats/kittens are not fully feral, we will get them a foster space and a future home. If a dog does not have a chip and completes their stray time, we may also take them into foster and help find their future home.
At times, we do have animals surrendered to us, in the hopes of finding them a new home. We treat all animals the same and go through a process to ensure both foster and future adoptive homes are right for both the pet and the family.
